Tesla Innovation Hub

Inspired by visionary and inventor Nicola Tesla, The Tesla Innovation Hub in downtown Miami has become the center for the forward thinkers and innovators. Studio Ramirez has tackled the renovation for the lobby by harnessing aspects of both futuristic decor and old world impression in its architecture and created an unconventional office for its tenants. The design team brought the space to life by adding interesting wood wall paneling and peculiar light fixtures that are inventive and unique.

Abstract benches paired with a distinctive floating wood bench make for subtle focal points in a grand area. Plenty of greenery compliments the darker tones and allows a satisfying flow of nature from outdoors to the lobby via the tall windows, which also give ample natural light.

The stadium seating encourages an intentional meeting area, which is adorned with greenery, parametric wood slats, and swirled marbled floors. The attention to detail is obvious from the electromagnetic interactive screen-simulator in the elevators to the walls that manifest the perfect frequency. This lobby is the perfect hub curated for those desiring change and wanting an imaginative experience rather than a bland office.
