From New York to Florida, these clients’ winter home in Bal Harbor truly reflects how playful and quirky design can be. Already familiar with these clients’ taste and personality, Studio Ramirez reimagined a modern beach take and fashioned a 1940s Florida dream home.

The vast windows bring in spectacular oceanfront views and natural sunlight which ease into the rich tones and natural elements of the space. Each piece of furniture and decor flaunts a unique textural element that plays off the others, giving the room depth and personality. A more muted color palette makes room for a pop of irreverent wallpaper and patterns which offers a hint at the clients’ peculiar taste.

The design team created a perfect escape from the “New York chill” which highlights fun twists and unconventional styling. Each room is curated with ease and informality, and this unhinged modern theme champions individuality and character.
