Muse

As the name implies, Muse Residential Towers was born to inspire a new way of living. In concert with Property Markets Group and Carlos Ott we elevated the art of luxury living in this 68-unit tower located in Sunny Isles, Florida.

Studio Ramirez’s narrative of Tropical Modern is re-told in this sophisticated, yet relaxed iteration aimed at creating a sense of retreat.

We looked at using natural materials and studied how to use their inherent textures to add a subtle layer into the design. The outcome is a laid-back subtlety that evokes a sense of ease for this ocean front tower.

Upon arrival, the eye is taken vertical with a custom undulating crystal chandelier that spans the width and length of the main lobby space. This notion is taken from the entry foyer of a grand home and re-interpreted in a fresh way, perfect for the discerning residents of this community.

The proximity to the beach allows for a true resort feel as the line between indoor and outdoor living becomes interconnected in this boutique building. It is with that notion, luxury is re-defined.
