In conjunction with PMG, X Miami unveils an exceptional portrait of living in Downtown Miami.

Studio Ramirez sought to bring a unique fusion of style and sophistication through the use of vibrant colors, warm materials and a hint of edginess warranted by the project’s location.

The 31-story tower includes an expansive public lobby, featuring an innovative lighting approach designed to humanize the lobby’s grand scale while also creating dedicated gathering spots. The lobby bar juxtaposes graphic elements with classic materials to create a chic and effortlessly timeless aesthetic.

Using a common design thread, the spaces flow cohesively from one to the next. Along with the lobby, the design of the public amenity areas consists of a contemporary fitness facility, an exclusive lounge, a co-working space, and a spacious pool deck.
